PRAWN + FETA PIZZA

METHOD:

(Serves 2)

280g canned tomatoes

120g green prawns

2 medium wholemeal pita bread

80g low fat feta

1T fresh lemon juice

2 handfuls of rocket

Preheat oven 200 degrees.

Spread tomatos and prawns on bread and cook for 15min or until bread crisp.

When cooked sprinkle the feta and juice and top with rocket

(Toss prawns in crushed garlic before adding to pizza if you like!)
