Fatty foods are the devil. That is pretty much what we were taught growing up. But in recent times the trend is changing. People are now using coconut oil when cooking and eating smashed avocados with their poached eggs. 


So should you still pick up the fat free versions of food in the shopping aisle or has fried chicken become a superfood? Can you replace carbs in your diet with fats or is eating fat sending me to the grave?
